She combines her extensive experience as a psychotherapist with wisdom from various 12 step and spiritual traditions, which she has studied for over 25 years. Additionally, Mary Kay often shares her personal wisdom and experiences overcoming depression and sugar addiction as well as her journey as a survivor of cancer.
